Wether you apply wax lube with the chain on the bike or you are committed enough to remove your chain, sonic clean, and put the chain in a slow cooker for a hot wax bath, FastChain has something to offer. Use FastChain to clean the chain and, if you use an aerosol wax, apply the wax. Or if you have applied a molten speed wax but don’t have time for the full maintenance cycle, use option 2 to do top-up maintenance.

Clean and lubricate in one go. Though SL-90 is a light lube, FastChain allows you to apply it frequently, so chain wear is minimised and the performance characteristics are excellent!

Both TF-90 and Isopropyl alcohol are great solvents for cleaning the chain prior to applying a wax based lubricant, evaporating in about 5 minutes and leaving no residue behind.

After cleaning the crud from between the chain links, lubricate either with a wax based aerosol lubricant like Muc-Off dry (wax) lube with FastChain to really ensure the surfaces of the chain links and joints are coated, or use a drip on lubricant like Smoove drip on wax lube.
If you use an aerosol based wax lubricant, for ultimate convenience buy two FastChain’s, one for the solvent and the second for the wax lubricant.
